Step 1: Find your next car. Browse our fantastic selection of new and used cars and select the vehicle which suits you.
Step 2: Once you’ve chosen a car we can offer you a virtual appointment or prepare a personalized video of the vehicle you are interested in. You can reserve any vehicle for just £99.00 and we’ll then guide you through the next steps.
Step 3: We offer free no obligation valuations. Get in touch and we will value part exchange online once we have sufficient information.
Step 4: We can guide you through your purchase options, our online finance calculator and videos should provide you with many of the answers you need. You can even carry out an online finance proposal so you know you can afford the car you choose. Any paperwork can be signed remotely but please use our team to guide you through this process should you need any assistance.
Step 5: Once you have decided on your purchase we will arrange a contactless handover. Due to the current restrictions we are unable to carry out an in depth handover, however we will provide an instructional video emailed to you prior to the handover covering the basic instrumentation and features of your new vehicle. We are also prepared to deliver your vehicle should that be more convenient.
*Free delivery on orders within 50 miles of the dealership. Delivery outside that radius will require a nominal fee.
Our Service and Parts departments will remain fully operational carrying out servicing, repairs and MOT tests as normal. We will be operating by an appointment only basis to ensure we are following the necessary coronavirus measures. Our Showroom will not be open during the National Lockdown. You can however stay in touch with us via our website, live chat or phone to discuss any interest you may have in our new or used vehicles. We carry over 50 used cars in stock and always have tempting deals on new. We would still welcome your contact whether you are considering your next new or used car.
The Safety of our customers and our team remains paramount at Elkins Ford, we hope that all our customers and staff are remaining safe during this period. If you do have to visit Elkins Ford for a pre arranged aftersales appointment, we have the follow reassuring measures in place.
- Face coverings must be worn unless you are exempt from doing so.
- Hand sanitiser is available upon your arrival and throughout your visit.
- Please check in to the dealership by scanning the NHS QR code.
- Strict cleaning is in place and all vehicle touch points are sanitized throughout your service.
- 2 Meter distance markers are in place where queues are possible. We ask that you respect social distancing during your visit.
- Only Service customers will be visiting during this lockdown, we ask that you make sure that you have a pre arranged appointment so we can ensure all our customers and staff are safe and we are sticking to the dealerships capacity limits.
Our Servicing department is open from 8am until 6pm Monday to Friday, and from 8 am until 1.30pm on Saturday.
