We are pleased to announce that from Monday 11th of May our service and parts departments will be reopening. This will be for normal hours, but with a reduced capacity level at this stage.If you require any assistance from us, you are able to contact us in the normal way via telephone, e-mail or via our website. 

With this being the early stages of the lockdown easing, there are five ways that you can assist both us and yourselves in staying safe during this period.

1. Please comply with the 2 metre social distance rules. We have laid out the business with markers etc to assist with this and now have a separate entrance and exit.
2. We will be asking for card payment over the telephone, or by bank transfer to settle your invoice before collection of your vehicle. This will mean that your vehicle will be ready to drive away when you arrive to collect it, with all paperwork etc already in the vehicle.
3. If you are dropping the vehicle off to us, please remove all other keys and only leave us with the keys for the vehicle. We will then place this in a sealed bag for you to avoid multiple touch points whilst with us. When dropping off, we would also ask you to ensure that you maintain the 2 metre rule.
4. When entering and leaving the business, please utilise the sanitisers provided. If you have a waiting appointment these will also be positioned within the business and toilet areas. Whilst with us, your vehicle will have various covers to protect it and will be sanitised before being handed back to you.
5. Please be patient with us. This is a new way of working for everyone so things may run a little slower than usual. We will endeavour to minimise this as much as we can.

 At present, the sales department remains closed. As we get more information from the Government over the coming days we will update this message accordingly. Whilst closed, you can still view our stock and make an enquiry via the website or call us to leave your details where we will endeavour to come back to you as soon as we go live again.
